Job Summary:
A Hindi Teacher is responsible for teaching the Hindi language and literature to students, developing their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, and fostering an appreciation for Hindi culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and spoken Hindi.
• Assess students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, projects, and classroom activities.
• Maintain student attendance, performance records, and report cards.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
• Use modern teaching methods, educational technology, and interactive activities to enhance learning.
• Organize cultural events, debates, poetry recitations, storytelling, and language competitions.
• Provide individual support to students who require additional assistance.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
• Ensure classroom discipline and promote ethical values among students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi or related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• CTET/TET qualification (preferred or required, depending on the institution).
• Previous teaching experience is preferred.
