Job Description – NEET Biology Teacher

Position: NEET Biology Faculty
Department: Academic / Competitive Exam
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 2–8 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Teach Biology for NEET-UG aspirants according to the latest syllabus and exam pattern.
• Cover Botany and Zoology concepts with strong focus on NCERT-based preparation.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, assignments, DPPs, and practice questions.
• Explain concepts clearly using diagrams, examples, and application-based teaching methods.
• Conduct regular tests, mock exams, and revision sessions.
• Analyze student performance and provide individual academic guidance.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide remedial support to weaker students.
• Develop exam-oriented strategies to improve accuracy, speed, and time management.
• Track student progress and maintain academic performance records.
• Use digital teaching tools, presentations, animations, and smart-class resources.
• Coordinate with the academic team and parents regarding student performance when required.

Eligibility

• M.Sc. in Biology / Zoology / Botany or relevant qualification preferred.
• Strong command of NCERT Biology and NEET syllabus.
• 2–8 years of experience teaching NEET Biology preferred.
