Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified PGT Physics Teacher to teach Classes XI–XII. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physics instruction, conducting laboratory practicals, preparing students for CBSE Board examinations, and developing strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Physics to Classes XI and XII according to the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare detailed lesson plans and complete the syllabus within the academic schedule.
Explain advanced Physics concepts, theories, formulas, and numerical problems.
Develop students’ analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
Conduct Physics laboratory practicals and demonstrations.
Prepare students for CBSE Board examinations through regular revision and assessments.
Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
Conduct periodic tests, quizzes, and examinations.
Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback.
Track and analyze student performance and provide remedial support.
Guide students in investigatory projects and practical records.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
Use smart-class, digital resources, simulations, and other modern teaching methods.
Communicate with parents regarding academic progress when required.
Participate in staff meetings, teacher training, workshops, and school activities.

Daily Duties

Conduct scheduled Classes XI–XII Physics periods.
Solve numerical and application-based problems with students.
Clear doubts and provide individual academic guidance.
Check assignments, classwork, homework, and practical records.
Conduct experiments and laboratory sessions.
Prepare students for upcoming tests and examinations.
Monitor attendance and academic progress.
Update lesson plans, assessment records, and student performance reports.
Prepare revision materials and examination-oriented practice papers.

Qualifications

M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized university.
B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of the CBSE Senior Secondary Physics curriculum.
Experience teaching Classes XI–XII is preferred.
CBSE Board examination teaching experience will be an advantage.
