Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through calls, meetings, and field visits

Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements

Negotiate terms and close sales deals

Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit sales reports

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth delivery

Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications

Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)

Relevant sales certifications (optional)
Experience

0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
