Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, meetings, and field visits

  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients

  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit sales reports

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth delivery

  • Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)

  • Relevant sales certifications (optional)

Experience

  • 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Convincing and negotiation abilities

  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools

  • Willingness to travel (for field sales roles)
