Job Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi language and literature as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and study materials.
- Develop students’ Hindi reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Teach Hindi grammar, prose, poetry, and literature through engaging methods.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, revision, and remedial classes.
- Prepare students for CBSE examinations and improve their academic performance.
- Encourage participation in Hindi debates, speeches, essay writing, storytelling, and cultural activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use smart-class technology and innovative teaching methods.
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
- Coordinate with parents and other teachers regarding student development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi or relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred/required as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE Hindi curriculum.
- Excellent Hindi communication and teaching skills.
- Previous CBSE school teaching experience preferred.
