Job Summary:
Responsible for teaching Physics to CBSE students, developing conceptual understanding, conducting practical sessions, preparing students for examinations, and supporting their overall academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics according to the CBSE curriculum and academic plan.
• Prepare effective lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
• Explain concepts through practical examples, demonstrations, and experiments.
• Conduct and supervise Physics laboratory practicals.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Identify learning gaps and provide additional academic support.
• Prepare students for CBSE board examinations.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and student progress.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic discussions.
• Coordinate with other teachers and school management regarding academic activities.
• Follow school policies, safety procedures, and CBSE guidelines.

Daily Duties:

• Take scheduled Physics classes and explain daily topics.
• Check homework, classwork, and assignments.
• Conduct quizzes, tests, and practical activities when scheduled.
• Address students’ doubts and provide individual guidance.
• Update lesson plans and academic records.
• Prepare teaching aids and digital learning resources.
• Monitor student participation, discipline, and progress.
• Attend staff meetings and complete assigned school duties.
• Support co-curricular activities, examinations, and other school events when required.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics with B.Ed.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum.
• Good communication and classroom-management skills.
• Relevant teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
• Ability to use digital teaching tools and laboratory equipment.
