Position: Physics Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to teach students, develop strong conceptual understanding, conduct practical sessions, and prepare students for academic examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons.
• Follow the prescribed curriculum and academic schedule.
• Explain Physics concepts, theories, formulas, and numerical problems clearly.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and practical classes.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
• Conduct tests, quizzes, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support.
• Prepare students for school and board examinations.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
• Guide students in Physics projects, practical records, and science activities.
• Communicate with parents regarding academic progress when required.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, school events, and other academic activities.

Daily Duties

• Conduct scheduled Physics classes.
• Explain new topics and solve numerical problems.
• Clear students’ doubts and provide individual guidance.
• Check homework, classwork, and assignments.
• Conduct practicals and demonstrations.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and academic progress.
• Prepare teaching resources and assessment materials.
• Update student performance and academic records.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics.
• B.Ed. preferred/required as per school norms.
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Teaching experience preferred; freshers may be considered based on qualifications and skills.
