Chemistry Faculty – JEE Advanced & NEET

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Chemistry Teacher to prepare students for JEE Advanced and NEET examinations. The candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex chemical concepts for competitive exam preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry as per JEE Advanced and NEET syllabus

• Plan and deliver engaging classroom / online lectures with conceptual clarity

• Develop study materials, notes, assignments, and question banks

• Train students in problem-solving techniques, numerical analysis, and exam strategies

• Conduct regular tests, mock exams, and doubt-clearing sessions

• Analyze student performance and provide personalized academic guidance

• Update teaching methods as per latest NTA & IIT exam patterns

• Motivate and mentor students for high performance in competitive exams

• Coordinate with academic team for syllabus planning and assessments

• Maintain discipline and positive learning environment

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc / M.Tech / PhD in Chemistry (B.Ed preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong academic background in Chemistry

• Certification or proven experience in JEE/NEET coaching

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years teaching experience in JEE Advanced / NEET coaching institutes

• Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge may also apply (for junior faculty roles)

Skills & Competencies

• Deep conceptual understanding of Chemistry

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong command over numerical, mechanisms, and reaction analysis

• Ability to explain complex topics in simple language

• Student-focused, result-driven approach

• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms (preferred)
