Job Title: TGT – Science (CBSE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated TGT Science Teacher to teach Classes VI to X as per CBSE curriculum. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and the ability to deliver concept-based, activity-oriented learning while preparing students for academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Science to Classes VI–X following CBSE syllabus and guidelines

• Prepare detailed lesson plans aligned with NCERT textbooks

• Explain scientific concepts using experiments, models, and real-life examples

• Conduct laboratory practicals ensuring safety and discipline

• Assess students through tests, assignments, projects, and practical exams

• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports

• Prepare students for periodic assessments, half-yearly, and annual examinations

• Integrate ICT tools, smart boards, and digital resources into teaching

• Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills

• Participate in CBSE trainings, staff meetings, and school events

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance

Required Qualifications

• M.Sc in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology)

• B.Ed (mandatory as per CBSE norms)

• CTET qualification (preferred, as per CBSE guidelines)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over CBSE & NCERT curriculum

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Ability to handle adolescents with patience and empathy

• Proficiency in lesson planning and assessment techniques

• Basic knowledge of educational technology and online teaching tools

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience as a TGT (preferred)

• Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply
